RVRA would like to offer the following advice over the festive period:

 

We would advise that you do not leave any items under Christmas Trees etc, especially if they are on view in your windows.  Please ensure that all your windows and doors are secured (especially down stairs) on exiting your property and where possible activate your home alarms.

 

Please also ensure that you switch off all ‘fairy’ lights before exiting your property and before going to bed at night as this may cause fire, devastating damage and stress.

 

If you do have a home alarm you may find it helpful to inform the Security Team of any codes to help assist the Police in the event of the alarm sounding.

Waste Disposal:

 

Waste disposal at The Village is always a bone of contention.  Over the Christmas period, could all residents be extra careful to ensure that you dispose of your waste in the appropriate receptacles provided.  This will ensure that any problems with fire etc are kept to a minimum.  There have been extra bins provided in the underground car park near the Security Office.

 

The RVRA Team would like to wish all residents a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

As you know yesterday was the 2006 ‘Christmas in the Square’ event.  This event was organised through Rowner Access Point.  The event was successful as usual and RVRA would like to thank Rowner Access and all other agencies involved.

 

5th December 2006

 

We would like to inform residents that as of January 2007, Karen Gray will have been successful in her promotion and will move to Swindon.  Steve Wilding and Sarah Metherall will now be the focal point at Labyrinth Properties Ltd.

 

RVRA would like to congratulate Karen in her promotion and wish her good luck in the future.  We would also like to welcome Steve and Sarah and look forward to continuing the good working relationship which has been built.

RVRA would like to remind residents that Christmas in the Square will take place on Friday 15th December 2006.

 

RVRA would like to thank Labyrinth Properties Ltd for their kind consideration in providing accommodation for Rowner Access Point for the day.
