All lessees should now have received their introductory letter from the Village’s Property Manager, Kathy Bury of Labyrinth Properties Ltd.

 

As promised we should all have received our revised 2006 Service Charge Demand minus the allowance of £20k for installation of water pumps which is now not required.  If residents have any problems, please contact David Foster on 02392 502400/588688, who will help and advise where appropriate, but residents can also contact Kathy at Labyrinth Properties if they so wish.

 

Anyone with any further questions can contact any RVRA Team Member in the usual manner.
