RVRA are pleased to inform you that the Proposed Budget for 2007 has now been agreed by LPL and RVRA.

 

The Global Service Charge is £573,590.00, which is £15,000.00 less than the previous proposed budget due to negotiations regarding the Security charge.

 

Reductions were also saved by LPL’s removal of the indexed linked items which stood at 5%.

 

3 Bedroom properties will pay £1,799.92, and 2 bedroom properties will pay £1,555.00.

 

A joint application to LVT will now be made by LPL to determine the reasonableness of the Proposed Budget for 2007 and with all parties in agreement this should be a straight forward process.

 

RVRA urge all lessees to pay their Service Charge as soon as possible either in full or by equal monthly instalments to enable LPL to carry out all services set out in the Johnson Report.
