We have requested from LPL information on when the closing date for the Cleaning and Maintenance tenders will be so that residents may view and discuss the applications and also when the first of the Forum meetings will take place.  We have been inform that the Forum will be held upon completion of the tendering for the Landscaping and Cleaning contracts and upon receipt of the LVT Determination.  We have also been informed that the successful Cleaning and Maintenance Contractor will be decided upon by the Landlord although we have requested that they are discussed with the residents prior to making a decision.

Today we received the final Cleaning and Maintenance Specification.  There were a few added items (not by RVRA) which we have asked questions on and which we think may increase the overall costs.  We have been informed that the spec has been authorised and agreed by the Landlord.
